Homes for Students has been appointed to provide student accommodation management for two schemes in Exeter and Lincoln, totalling 621 beds.
The company will manage Exeter One, a 219-bed facility previously managed by Mansion Property Management. It has also been appointed to Brayford Quay, a 402-bed, university accredited, student residence located on the Brayford waterfront, close to the main University of Lincoln campus. The scheme was previously managed by CRM.
Homes for Students will provide a range of facilities and student management and facilities services including sales and marketing, tenancy management, rent and debt management, helpdesk, health & safety management, security, cleaning, maintenance and projects.
