We’re proud to announce that we’ve taken home two awards at the 2026 Global Student Living (GSL) Awards, with Onyx Birmingham named Best Individual Property – UK & Ireland and EVO Student winning Best Private Housing – UK & Ireland. The awards recognise excellence across student accommodation, celebrating the quality of properties, brands and the experiences they deliver for students.
Our Onyx Birmingham property, part of Prestige Student Living, was named Best Individual Property – UK & Ireland, recognising the outstanding standard of the building and the student experience it offers. With its exceptional facilities and commitment to providing students with a high-quality place to live, Onyx reflects our focus on delivering outstanding student accommodation. The award is also a fantastic recognition of the dedication of General Manager, Kyriakos Stergiou and the Onyx team, whose hard work helps make the property such a special place for students.
We’re also delighted that EVO Student has been awarded Best Private Housing – UK & Ireland. With a bold, modern and forward-thinking approach, EVO Student is shaping the next generation of student living.This award recognises the strength of the EVO Student brand and the quality of its portfolio, as well as the dedication of the property teams who bring the brand to life every day.
