Prestige Student Living property Fraser Studios has been shortlisted for a BREEAM 2018 Award.
The awards recognise the efforts of those involved in the specification, design, construction and management of BREEAM-certified buildings, and the Aberdeen student accommodation is in line for an accolade at the ceremony in March.
Prestige Student Living is the sister company of Homes for Students. Fraser Studios, a new luxury student accommodation based just 10 minutes away from the centre of one of Scotland’s largest cities, features a wide range of high specification studios.
It has earned a place in the ‘Commercial Projects – Design’ category, having clinched a 90.2% (Outstanding rating) under BREEAM 2018.
Independent project design firm Eco-Res designed the building, and its sustainable approach has helped to put the student accommodation in contention for a prestigious prize.
The awards ceremony takes place on Tuesday 6 March as part of the Eco-Build event at the ExCel Centre in London.
