As part of a strategic move to strengthen the company’s growth and long-term future, Homes for Students (HFS) has announced Martin Corbett will share the Chief Executive Officer role with Graham Rogers, fellow co-founder to focus on separate areas of the business.

Graham will step into the role from his current position as Group Executive Director and will lead the successful UK PBSA corporate functions. Martin will focus on the continued expansion of the newly established European living platform, Orla Living as well as supporting VervLife in its UK expansion across co-living and BTR.

Martin commented: “Graham offers invaluable expertise and experience, and this promotion is well deserved.  Our combined vision and leadership will ensure that we continue to deliver exceptional service to clients and residents across the properties we manage, whilst also allowing each of us to focus on distinct business priorities, delivering our ambitious five-year business plan through to 2030.”

By combining the strengths of two experienced leaders, HFS aims to foster even greater success across a wider geographical spread whilst continuing to deliver outstanding results to its clients, stakeholders, and residents.

Graham added: “Having worked with Martin for over 12 years, this move feels like a natural progression for us and our team. Our success to date has been in no small part down to our highly skilled senior team, first class property teams and our shared determination to deliver the best across all fronts. I’m delighted to lead such an impressive UK based PBSA operator and I’m excited for what more we can achieve in the years ahead of us.”
