Homes for Students, has been awarded Gold accreditation from Investor in Students (IIS) for the fourth year running.
IIS is specifically a student experience accreditation, designed to evaluate and improve the overall student experience in accommodation settings. It involves a 360° assessment, gathering feedback from students, staff, and senior management to understand what contributes to a positive student experience in student accommodation. It measures a wide range of performance metrics, including satisfaction, wellbeing, value for money, and likelihood to recommend.
This continued recognition is a testament to the company’s unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional student experiences, both within its properties and through the support of central services teams.
The company’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) has also risen once again, reaching 50.3 – a near six-point increase since Autumn 2024. The result reflects growing student satisfaction and endorsement across Homes for Students’ nationwide portfolio.
