Homes for Students (HFS) has announced that Managing Director, Kate Forester, won the Highly Commended Award for the ‘Returner of the Year’ category at The Property Week Inspiring Women in Property Awards.
The inaugural Inspiring Women in Property Awards were held in London on Thursday 5th October bringing together over 750 professionals celebrating the outstanding achievements of women in the property industry.
HFS are proud to have Kate leading as Managing Director having co-founded the organisation back in 2015. HFS takes great pride in being a company that supports, invests and empowers women across all levels of the organisation. Kate leads from the front with authenticity and great energy, her leadership has created an organisation that is not only successful but diverse and inclusive.
HFS are “Technology” finalists for the forthcoming IWFM Impact Awards and “Best App” finalists for the UK Business Tech Awards. HFS were also recently confirmed as finalists in the following three categories for the 2023 prestigious Property Week Student Accommodation Awards:
- Operator of the Year
- Rising Star – Niamh Connell, Customer Sales Executive, Beton House, Sheffield
- Unsung Hero – Richard Niedzialek, Maintenance Operative, Beaverbank Place, Edinburgh.
