Homes for Students has been named Alternatives Team of the Year at the prestigious Property Week Property Awards 2025. The glittering ceremony, held last month at the Grosvenor Hotel in London celebrated excellence across the UK property sector.

The entry boasted many achievements within the business over the past year, including the business retaining GOLD accreditation from Investor in Students for the third consecutive year, with nearly 80% of residents rating their experience as good or very good. Alongside exceptional rebooking performance, resident community building and the launch of its new internal progression programme, YOUniversity.
