The UK’s leading independent PBSA provider, Homes for Students, are delighted to be crowned winners at this year’s ‘The Best in Class Awards’ hosted by The Class Foundation.
Homes for Students took home the award for best PropTech Solution for its work on KLIQ, its Resident Experience App. Developed and managed in-house, KLIQ is available to all students living across HFS’s accommodation portfolio in the UK and Ireland and has proven to be a hit with students and property management teams alike.
Thanks to the introduction of KLIQ, in just over 12 months we’ve:
- Promoted 7,137 resident experience events through the App
- Sent over 537,000 parcel delivery notifications
- Our residents have booked nearly 38,000 communal spaces
- Sent over 63,500 messages and announcements.
Scott Lewis, Chief Operating Officer, said:
“Winning the award for the Best PropTech Solution is a phenomenal achievement and testament to the incredible App we’ve created, the teams that have brought it to life, and the real innovation at the heart of what we do as a business.”
“KLIQ has revolutionised how we engage with our residents and the wider community. Thanks to KLIQ, we understand our student residents better than ever before. This helps us to make informed decisions when looking at ways to further enhance our offering.”
In addition to the win, Homes for Students were also shortlisted for Student Housing Operator of the Year at the awards.
